Upholstery

Bespoke Upholstery in Kent and East Sussex

In my workshop, I strip furniture down to the frame. I carry out minor repairs to the wood and advise on the extent of the restoration. I will add new webbing, to give a chair strength and springs if necessary before filling it with foam or other fibres. I use staples and tacks to put everything together. Furniture is finished with buttons and trimmings of your choice.

“I take the health and safety of you and your family very seriously. The products, materials and foam used to  upholster your furniture are fire retardant, for example; horse hair, coconut fibres and calico to name a few.”
